National Resources
Find Help is a national resource website that helps those struggling with actionable resources. Simply put in your zipcode and this database will give you a list of resources. From there you’ll see a header like the one below.
Open Path Collective
OpenPath is a great resource to find affordable sliding scale mental health services. There is a $65 enrollment fee and after that therapy costs around $30-$75 per hour. Thats a lot more affordable that most mental health services.
NV Access Screen Reader
This Organization believes everyone should have access to the internet and have created a screen reader that anyone can use. Free Download available
NVDA has been translated by volunteers into more than 55 languages, and been used by people in more than 175 countries. It has also won multiple awards.
NVDA is open source software, which means the code is accessible to anyone. This enables translators and developers around the world to continually contribute to its expansion and improvement.
